Grade304 Welded Stainless Steel Pipe is a pipe made from a specific grade of stainless steel known as 304 stainless steel, a strong, tough metal with high corrosion protection, high-temperature resistance, and the ability to be sterilized,making it an ideal material for use in pipes and other applications that require resistance to rust and oxidation.

 

Grade304 Welded Stainless Steel Pipe provides us a large diameter but low cost solution. Our welding process mainly is Plasma-Arc Welding(PAW), its biggest diameter could reach 3000mm.

 

304 Stainless steel contains 18% chromium which provides the properties of corrosion resistance at high temperatures. Stainless steel can withstand corrosive or chemical environments due to its smooth surface. Stainless steel products are safe for long-term use with excellent resistance of corrosion fatigue.

304 stainless steel has good cold and hot processing performance, can be used a variety of cold and hot processing technology for the production of forging materials, bar, wire, sheet, strip and wire and other metallurgical products, hot processing temperature range of 900-1180 ℃. Cold processing easier, no special difficulties, because the two steel is easy to cold hardening, when the cold deformation is too large, the need for intermediate annealing, in order to facilitate further processing.
